Lauren is originally from northern California
where she attended UC Berkeley and developed an advocacy for rational design as well as an affinity to analytical diagramming and mapping. After graduating with a B.A. in Architecture in 2007, Lauren felt she had only just begun her studies and so went directly to graduate school for her professional degree at USC. As a graduate student, she geeked-out learning new digital tools and became interested in parametric and differentiation projects. Lauren currently lives in Los Angeles, eagerly looking for work opportunities so she can pay her massive amount of student loans.
